The painting invokes my crown chakra – my skullcap gets very soft and cool. Clear light flows into me. 

I sit in front of the picture and all it does is calming my nerves and brightening my mood. It’s exactly what my soul needed.

It’s balsam for my soul.

Each step is accompanied by the Japa-word “Paramatman” – the light of the “Supreme Lord”. At the moment it is for me important to call the light of the “Supreme Lord” – our source, which protects and unconditionally loves and nurtures us.
